ASUS released the ROG Spatha X mouse

ASUS announced the mouse ROG Spatha X, designed for gamers: the novelty is ideal for fans of first-person shooters (FPS) and multiplayer online battles in the arena (MOBA).

The controller can operate in two modes – wireless and wired. In the first case, data exchange is done via transceiver working in 2.4 GHz band, in the second – via USB Type-C port.

The mouse has an optical sensor with a resolution up to 19,000 DPI (dots per inch). The polling frequency reaches 1000Hz for both wired and wireless connections.

The ROG Micro Switches’ main switches are rated for 70 million operations. A total of 12 programmable buttons are available. Multicolor Aura Sync RGB backlighting is implemented.

Battery life is claimed to be up to 67 hours on a single charge with the backlight turned off. A 15 minute recharge will be enough for 12 hours of wireless gaming.

The device has dimensions of 137 × 89 × 45 mm and weighs 168 g. The device, made in black, is oriented to right-handers. There is no information about the approximate price yet.
